Doris Perg acquired in her professional career a variety of capabilities by occupying a magnitude of positions such as assistant manager of an environmental company, bank employee and lecturer in management, organisation and human resources at a collage as well as manager with turn over responsibility in an executive search consultancy.

She is currently lecturing in German as well as in English at various business schools, colleges and institutions. Since 1998 Mrs Perg is a self-employed organisational and personnel developer with specialised focus on developing potential in the working languages German, English and French.
